Demi Moore’s look in Now and Then confused, mesmerized, and burned me. Samantha fits the Duval vs. all y’all shirt in other words I will buy this quirky, creative, career-driven archetype and is sure to dress appropriately for the role. While Roberta wore a denim shirt, her glamorous girlfriend Teeny wore a cream vest, and Chrissy wore a floral top, Samantha came to this reunion in a three-piece suit. Yes, she wears a baggy, plaid suit to hang out in a quaint American house. There was a plaid shirt with an oversized collar, a big black tie, a burgundy knit sweater, then a blazer and oversized trousers. The whole look reminds me of what it feels like to have a multivitamin stuck in the back of your throat: It’s choking tight.
